We run design, manufacturing, valve assembly and testing entirely with one team. You talk to a single contact and know where the project stands at every stage.

We check that the block and the assembly are sound with a pressure test of up to 350 bar, depending on the project. We assess the test results and prepare the block for delivery.

Once the final checks are done, we prepare the block for shipment together with its test report. As during design and manufacturing, you stay in contact with the same team at delivery.

How are the quotation and the lead time determined?

We give a technical response to your drawing the same day. Production time is set at the quotation stage according to the complexity of the block, the quantity and valve stock availability.

Is a test report provided?

Yes. For blocks that undergo a pressure test, the test result is included in the delivery file.

I only have a hydraulic schematic. Can we work together?

Yes. We design the port layout and the cavities from the schematic and submit the 3D model for your approval. Once the technical drawing is ready, we move on to manufacturing.

Can we make a prototype and then move to series production?

Yes. We use the same engineering approach for a single custom block as well; the approved design is used unchanged in series production.
