CORPORATE

We speak with measurement.

Not a claim of quality, but an inspected part. Our processes and our approach to measurement.

QUALITY APPROACH

Inspection does not begin at the end of production.

We set quality up not as an inspection step after manufacturing, but as a chain of checks running from design to delivery. Manufacturability problems are caught at the design stage, dimensional deviations at the machine and sealing problems at the test stage.

The approved 3D model and technical drawing are the reference of this chain. After manufacturing, ports, cavities and critical dimensions are checked against this reference.

Depending on the project we apply a pressure test of up to 350 bar, evaluate the result and prepare the manifold for delivery.

VERIFICATION BY MEASUREMENT

The cavity is checked against
its dimension on the drawing.

Cavity diameters, depths and port positions are compared with the dimensions on the approved technical drawing. Our machining tolerance is ±0.02 mm.

CHAIN OF CHECKS

Four control
points.

At every stage it is clear what is being checked.

01

Design approvalThe 3D model and technical drawing are submitted for customer approval before production starts.

02

Machining sequence checkThe clamping method, reference surface and tool paths are planned before manufacturing.

03

Dimensional checkPorts, cavities and machining tolerances are verified by measurement after manufacturing.

04

Pressure testDepending on the project a test of up to 350 bar is applied; the result is recorded.
