Design & analysisWe assess your hydraulic schematic and operating conditions; we design the port layout, the flow passages and the valve cavities.
Precision machiningIn line with the approved model we carry out NC drilling, machining and grinding.
Valves & assemblyWe select the cartridge valves and fittings that suit your circuit and complete the assembly.
Pressure testWe check the manifold and the assembly with a pressure test up to 350 bar, depending on the project.
DeliveryWe prepare the finally checked manifold and its test report for shipment.
