AUTHORISED SALES AND DISTRIBUTION
Global brands,
local engineering.
The right block, the right valve. We sell the component and build the block it runs in.
AUTHORISED SALES FOR FOUR BRANDS
Which brand do
you work with?
Every brand page covers the product families, technical data and cavity details.
WHAT IS A CARTRIDGE VALVE?
A valve screwed
into the block.
A cartridge valve has no body of its own; it seats in a standard cavity in the manifold block. The circuit is built through passages inside the block instead of hoses and fittings.
- 1Screw-in
Screwed into the cavity by its threaded body. Common in mobile hydraulics and compact blocks; 3/4-16 UNF, 7/8-14 UNF and metric threads are the usual sizes.
- 2Slip-in (ISO 7368)
Seated in the cavity and secured with a cover. Used as a 2-way logic element in high-flow industrial circuits.
- 3The cavity comes first
Choosing the valve also fixes the cavity standard; the block design is then worked out around it.
CAVITY STANDARDS
The thread size
defines the valve.
The most common cavity threads on screw-in cartridges, at true diameter ratios.
WHY FROM HIDROMAT?
A valve alone
is not the answer.
The team that picks the component also designs and machines the block it runs in.
Selection to suit the applicationWe assess the flow, pressure and control needs of your circuit and recommend a suitable product, brand-independent.
Cavity machined to standardWe machine cavities to the manufacturer’s standard; the valve seats fully in the block.
Assembly and pressure testWe complete the assembly and verify it with a pressure test up to 350 bar, as the project requires.
We also work with your own valveIf you supply the valve, we machine the cavity to that standard and still carry out the assembly.
